Tumbler comes with a lid & metal straw.

Upload 4 high quality picture/design that you would like placed on the sides of the tissue box. 

For best quality we only accept images that are PNG or JPEG format.

Please submit ONLY high-resolution images.

The quality of your images will have a direct impact on final printed item. Please include all requested details for design elements. 

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER PURCHASE

Once your custom order has been placed, there is a lead time of 24-48 hours for mock-up design creation. This is solely based upon submitted details. The mock-up proof will be emailed (email utilized during checkout process) to customer once completed. Production will begin once approval from proof review has been provided by customer. Once approved no revisions can be made. Please be certain that all elements of designs are to your liking before approval.  

Please approve mock up proofs within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to review & approve within 48 hours of receipt will result in your order being processed and shipped as is.

We are NOT responsible for any design errors (misspellings, missing or misplaced information, etc.) on approved designs.

Need by date - When placing an order, the need by date should not be the date of the event. If the date provided is the same day as the event, inspired-mark.com is not responsible if your items do not arrive in time for your event.

Need RUSH processing: Please email us at info@inspired-mark.com with subject line RUSH ORDER. A $25-$50 Rush order fee will apply.

Need BULK ordering: Please order (1) tissue box with necessary design elements and upload all requested photos. In the note section at checkout please state all additional quantities needed. A separate invoice will be emailed to you for remaining balance. Payment must be received with 24 hours of receipt. Price break will be given when quantity of 12 or more is purchased.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order, if production has not began.  You will be charged a cancellation fee at a flat rate of $5. Upon canceling your order you will receive a full refund, minus the cancellation fee flat rate of $5 to your method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Disclaimer:

Computer screen colors may vary from actual print. Photos submitted that do not meet high resolution guidelines will be deemed unsatisfactory & rejected. A replacement will be requested via email. 

All sales are final and non-refundable. No returns, refunds or exchanges are allowed.
